Job Objectives:
- Land pooling and land aggregation
- Coordination with landowners/farmers
- Coordination with land agents/brokers
- Land identification and site visits
- Verification of land ownership and title documents
- Coordinate legal due diligence
- Negotiate and coordinate with landowners
- Maintain landowner/document records
- Coordinate agreements, registrations and related documentation
- Coordinate with sub-registrar offices, lawyers and government departments
- Track each land parcel from identification → verification → agreement → registration → closure
- Identify documentation, ownership and transaction risks/fallouts
Skills & Proficiency:
- Knowledge of land acquisition, land aggregation, real estate transactions, and property documentation.
- Strong coordination, negotiation, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to understand and review basic land/property documents.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and documentation/record-management practices.
- Willingness to travel extensively for land identification and site visits.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify potential risks and discrepancies.
Communication Skills: English, Telugu & Hindi
Academic Qualification: Any Graduation
Experience: 5 years experience in real estate sale
Work Location: Hyderabad
Salary Package: ₹35K – ₹50K per month
