Job Objectives:
- Property/land site visits & physical verification
- Real estate market and project analysis
- Land/property document verification & due diligence
- Coordination with owners, brokers, lawyers, consultants and internal teams
- Venture/project documentation and checklist management
- Tracking approvals, commitments and action items
- Identifying risks, gaps and fallout points
- Preparing site visit and investment/project reports
- Regular follow-up until transaction/project closure
Skills & Proficiency:
- Understanding of real estate, land acquisition, property documentation, and project evaluation.
- Strong analytical, documentation, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS office
- Ability to conduct site assessments and prepare structured reports.
- Willingness to travel for property and land site visits.
Communication Skills: English, Telugu & Hindi
Academic Qualification: Any Graduation
Experience: 5 years of experience in related field.
Work Location:Hyderabad
Salary Package: 35-50k per month
